Event & Registration Info

1. All Ryans Promotions Swap Meets and Shows are exclusive old school classic cars and related parts and items only events.

2. Vendors who attend range from everyday people to die-hard classic car enthusiasts and small business owners to large commercial businesses.

3. Anyone can participate: Be it to show your classic car off or to turn your old parts into CASH, We welcome you all!

4. Spaces available:

• Premium Asphalt (18 X 40) - $45

• Field Spot (15 X 40) - $ 40

• Grass (20 X 20) - $35

• Car Show Entry - $35

• Cars for Sale - $20 (includes admission for driver)

• Commercial Vendors in Car Show Area (20 X 20) - $100

6. All Car Show participants will receive an Event T shirt, Travel Mug and Calendar.

7. No pre-registration required for cars for show or sale.

8. We assure your entry ! Feel free to bring your vehicle the day of the event. We highly recommend arriving early to avoid lines and secure your space. Cars for show or sale enter through their separate gate.

9. For all other spaces, pre-registration is highly recommended due to strong demand and spaces are allotted randomly on a first-come first-serve basis.

10. Book Vendor Space Online

    Please take advantage of online booking to secure your vendor space instantly. Hassle free and no standing in line. Visa, Masters, Discover or Amex cards as well as paypal accepted. We are paypal verified so all your transactions are secure.

11. You can also register by printing the registration form (found at the bottom of the page) and mailing it in (completed) along with your payment.

12. Ryans Promotions Swap Meets and Shows are “Rain or Shine Events”which means we swap no matter what! No refunds.

13. Early Set-Up

    Vendors have the option for early set-up so that they are ready for business the following day. This is always the Friday(for 2 day events) or Saturday(for 1 day events) before the actual event date from 3.00 – 11.00pm.

14. Gates open on the day of the event by 7.00 am for admission. Early set-up is recommended to avoid waiting in lines.

15. There are four gates: Spectators, Cars for show or sale, Vendors and Preferred parking ($5.00) entrance Parking

16. Parking

    We offer free parking for our events across the street. You may have preferred parking inside the fair grounds for $5.00.
